Who Are We?
Diane and Bill Bowes established our family-owned business in 1987. In 2023, Dale Betz acquired the company, continuing our legacy. Dale Betz is a West Point graduate and served in the Army as a Special Forces Officer. He founded Liber Holdings in 2016, which initially acquired the Roger Brown Company (now known as RBC Industrial) in El Paso, specializing in industrial MRO and bearing supplies. As a family of companies, we can offer a broader product range to better serve our customers.

Tooling Components provides you with the correct parts that you need at the proper time. No matter the brand that you prefer, we will deliver the right product at the right time, the first time. We are technically competent and have a deep knowledge of the products used to make and maintain molds, dies, and tooling. We can source parts based on drawings or specifications. We will kit your order according to a Bill of Materials and label the parts as per BOM, PO, or Job Number. We stock items from leader pins and bushings down to water fittings and O-rings.
