Our 10 Product Sections
Section A — Pins and Bushings
The backbone of mold alignment. We stock leader pins, guide pins, shoulder bushings, straight bushings, and graphite-filled bushings. Standard diameters from 1/2" to 4", lengths up to 20". H13 tool steel, 4140, and stainless. If your pin isn't standard, we'll cross-reference across manufacturers to find the equivalent.
Section B — Mold Components
Ejector pins (standard, shoulder, blade, sleeve), core pins, return pins, sprue bushings, and spreader bars. All standard head types and diameters. H13, M2, and stainless steel. We can match any major brand's pin by dimension and head configuration.
Section C — Cooling and Water Connectors
Mold cooling efficiency directly affects cycle time. We stock water connectors, manifolds, flow regulators, baffles, and bubble coolers. Brass, steel, and stainless. Standard NPT and metric threads.
Section D — Fasteners
Alloy steel socket head cap screws, button heads, flat heads, set screws, and hex keys. Grade 12.9 and 8.8. Metric and inch. Also: mold clamps, eye bolts, and T-nuts for bolster plate mounting.
Section E — Springs and Spring Accessories
ISO 10243 color-coded die springs — light, medium, heavy, extra-heavy. Nitrogen gas springs. Spring retainers, pilots, and alignment couplers. Full range from .500" to 3.000" OD.
Section F — Drill Bushings and Flat Products
Drill bushings, liner bushings, and fixture components. Flat stock in tool steel, ground flat stock, and drill rod. Precision-ground to standard tolerances.
Section G — Miscellaneous Tooling Products
Knockout pins, hoist rings, eye bolts, alignment dowels, wear plates, and wiper seals. The hard-to-find items that keep production running.
Section H — Punches
Round, shaped, and custom punches for stamping dies. Standard head styles and point geometries. A2, D2, and M2 tool steel.
Section I — Die Sets
Two-post, four-post, and custom die sets. Precision-ground with standard bushing and pin mounting patterns. Steel and aluminum. From 9" x 12" to 48" x 72".
Section J — Special Drawings and Custom Tooling
When a standard component won't work, we can source or fabricate to your print. Reverse engineering of obsolete components. BOM kitting with labeled parts. Custom punches, pins, and retainers.
